Privacy policy

What we collect

When you join the club, we collect the two things the form asks for: your email address and your departure area (which city or region you usually travel from), plus the date you signed up. That is the whole signup record.

Like most websites, we also count visits with Google Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement — which pages are read, not who you are). We do not run advertising, and we don't use advertising cookies.

What we do with it

Your email is used to send you Vacation Deals Club editions and essential club notices — nothing else. Your departure area shapes which offers and destinations an edition emphasizes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing. Ever.

Where it lives

Signup records are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (a keyed storage service, United States). We keep your record until you ask us to delete it, or until an address stops working for an extended period.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every edition email carries a working unsubscribe link, and honoring it is quick and unconditional.
• Deletion: write to hello@vacationdealsclub.com and ask; we delete the signup record and confirm it.

Email practices

When email delivery begins, our mail will identify the club as the sender, include a valid physical postal address where the law requires one, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and never misrepresent the subject line. We send editions when there is something worth sending — no artificial frequency.

Children

The club is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child's data reaches us, we delete it on request.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we say so in the next edition rather than quietly editing the page. This page's effective date is September 19, 2026.
